Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and [Your Name] (“Service Provider”) concerning the provision of e-commerce setup and website design services (“Services”).

By checking the agreement box, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following Services to the Client:

• E-commerce setup
• Website design

Term

This Agreement will remain in effect until the deliverables are provided or for a period of thirty (30) days from the start date, whichever occurs first, unless earlier terminated as described below.

Payment Terms

• The Client agrees to pay a nonrefundable downpayment of 50% of the total service fee before the commencement of the Services.
• The remaining 50% of the total service fee must be paid in full upon completion of the Services.

Responsibilities

• Service Provider: The Service Provider will provide the Services in a professional and timely manner.
• Client: The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, resources, and assistance required by the Service Provider to complete the Services successfully.

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated as follows:

• By the Client, if the Service Provider fails to perform the Services as agreed.
• The initial down payment is nonrefundable under any circumstances.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.

Amendment

This Agreement may only be amended or modified by a written agreement signed by both parties.

Notices

Any notices required or permitted under this Agreement must be in writing and delivered personally or sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, to the addresses provided by the parties.
