- Government filing fees are estimated at $35 – $65.
It takes about 3 to 6 months after trademark application submission to receive an approval or denial. If denied, we will waive our fee for a 2nd submission, but you may be subject to additional fees from USPTO. Estimated USPTO fee is $350 per goods / services class.
